Many reviewers commend Sommerville's writing style, noting it as conversational and relevant, which enriches the learning experience. The book's integration of teaching resources and links to supplementary materials enhances its practicality for coursework. However, some readers have expressed dissatisfaction with the physical quality of the book, particularly the binding and paper quality, which detracts from the overall experience.
