I tend to believe the description: 'Suitable for Raspberry Pi 1 Model B+ / Pi 2 Model B / Pi 3 Model B / Pi 1 Model A+' and would also observe that the mounting configuration would not match and DIY board width is wider than the zero. I suspect a hack focused on the pins might make it work but it's clearly not designed for use with the zero.
