Duran Duran Format: Audio CD Whiskey & Scotch Editorial Review

**** The *Duran Duran Singles 81-85* box set has been met with enthusiasm from fans, marking a much-anticipated addition to collectors' libraries. It includes all of Duran Duran's singles from their prime years, complemented by engaging B-sides and exclusive remixes that provide a deeper look into the band's creative output during this golden era. Fans particularly appreciate the nostalgia evoked by the miniature sleeves that replicate the original covers, paying homage to the band's legacy. The remastered sound quality has been widely praised, enhancing the listening experience and bringing the tracks back to life with vibrancy. The inclusion of often-overlooked B-sides and alternate versions has generated excitement, making this collection more than just a typical best-of compilation. It caters specifically to dedicated fans looking to deepen their connection with Duran Duran. Songs like "Late Bar," "Khanada," and "The Chauffeur" are highlights that many listeners cherish, often revealing hidden gems from the band's discography. While the box set's condition and value receive commendations, some fans slightly lament the packaging, wishing it closely resembled earlier pressings with individual jackets for each single. Despite this minor critique, the overall feedback remains positive, reinforcing that this compilation was a worthwhile investment. In summary, the *Singles 81-85* box set stands as a vital collectible for any serious Duran Duran fan, delivering a satisfying blend of nostalgia, quality, and depth. **
