To assist you in your winemaking endeavors, we've included a comprehensive Winemaker Recipe Handbook featuring 101 one-gallon fruit recipes.
Multiply these recipes by three to create your 3-gallon masterpieces. Your creativity knows no bounds! The 3 Gallon Fruit Winemaking Add-On Kit also comes equipped with essential equipment such as a 3-gallon glass carboy, universal stopper, airlock, and a jumbo coarse nylon straining bag. These tools will help you streamline the winemaking process, guaranteeing a smooth journey from start to finish. To ensure the stability and longevity of your wine, we've included 1 oz.
of stabilizer (Potassium Sorbate), 2 oz. of Midwest Supplies Oxygen Wash for thorough cleaning, and 50 count Campden tablets (KMS) for the prevention of spoilage. Additionally, 1 oz.
of pectic enzyme, 2 oz. of acid blend, 1 oz. of grape tannin, and 2 oz.
of yeast nutrient have been included to enhance the flavor and character of your wine. Please keep in mind that to make 3 gallons of wine, you will also need a 6-gallon wine equipment kit (sold separately), as well as fruits, corks, and bottles.
