respuesta: I use these grips. Not sure what "fully tapered" means but they are tapered proportionaly to the size. In otherwords, taper fits the grip. -

respuesta: I don’t think it makes any real change in the swing weight. It is a slightly larger grip though so it may change your feel of the club. -

What all do you need to install the grips?
respuesta: Tape, Solvent, and ideally a clamp to hold the shaft in place. You need a tool to remove the old grips as well.
