These panels are affordable, and can easily be cut to size and glued to any surface. However, it's important to note that they won't totally soundproof a room, just muffle sounds to a certain extent. In terms of quality, most customers found the materials to be well done and easy to install, but a few had issues and found the instructions confusing.
