The bag comes with a US flag patch MOLLE pouch and a universal holster. The removable holster is Velcro strapped in the bag and holds the handgun securely with the barrel strap and stretchy sling. The bag has sufficient extra pouches on the sides and front to hold extra clips, ammo, and protective eyes & ears, but the small size may be snug depending on the handgun type and amount of peripherals. The bag has additional multipurpose Molle Carabiner/D-Ring that can be attached to the 1-inch Molle webbing strap outside the bag to hook up additional gears.
