    respuesta: Some parts are metal but the ball socket assembly is plastic which is a key component and should have been metal.
  • pregunta: Has anyone dealt with sway? Camera sways anytime the wind blows, I am trying to figure out a way to reduce it. The camera is within the weight limit.

    respuesta: It will move a little. I bought the plastic houses for them and that helps stabilize it.

    respuesta: The instructions say that this is possible however my screws are too tight to be loosened so I'm at an impasse.
