The gym machine is easy to adjust weight increments, and it is sturdy. Customers' 10-year-old son is also using this home gym without any worry. However, some customers found that the assembly instructions were only exploded parts diagrams which made it difficult and too many nuts, bolts, and screws were unlabeled. The cable is off half an inch on one side, which makes one side slightly dragging, and they don't know how to approach tech support for help. Overall, XMark Functional Trainer Cable Machine is a great purchase for those looking for an ultimate home gym package with excellent durability and quality.
