This means you can select your desired level of comfort, engage the primary pump, and it will automatically shut off when it reaches your chosen setting. The mattress is thick and provides good support, making it comfortable to sleep on for an extended period. However, the pump is external which can be a bit of a pain especially if it requires reconnection if the bed gets soft. Despite these features, some reviewers have reported issues with the bed losing air after only a few uses. This is disappointing Considering the relatively short lifespan of the product. However, it is unclear whether this is a widespread issue or isolated cases.
