The actual outer dimensions of the rack are D: adjustable from 26" - 37", W: 21", H: 53" without casters and 61.25" with casters. The rack is made of 1.5mm thick steel and features bottom sides that function as a lever. It does not come with a metal plate on the bottom but users can add an SXPS shelf if needed. Overall, customers seem satisfied with this product. They appreciated the adjustable depth, sturdy build quality, and the included accessories.
