Stageline Sheet Music Stands MS5 Editorial Review
** Stageline MS5 Orchestra Stand** The Stageline MS5 Orchestra Stand has garnered a mixed but mostly favorable reception from musicians who value sturdiness and practicality in their music stands. Many customers initially praised the MS5 for its robust Construction, indicating that it can hold a substantial amount of music without becoming unstable. Its design has proven to be both functional and aesthetically pleasing, making it a popular choice for home practice as well as performances. Several users commented on the ease of adjustment, highlighting that it can be tailored to different heights and angles. Over time, however, a few customers voiced concerns regarding durability, particularly about a plastic component that connects the top to the pole, which has proven fragile when subjected to outdoor or performance conditions. This has raised questions about the long-term robustness of some parts compared to higher-end alternatives. While the Stageline MS5 works exceptionally well for holding sheet music and books securely during practice sessions, some users found it inadequate for specific instruments, such as the hammered dulcimer, due to the stand not maintaining the desired angle under heavier loads. Despite some criticisms, especially when compared to more expensive models like the Belmonte Orchestra Stand Deluxe, the value for money is Consistently acknowledged by users, making it a recommended choice for those needing a solid, affordable stand for conventional use. **
