The Plantronics CS540 Convertible Wireless DECT Headset System is a great option for heavy office telephone volume calls. With good sound quality and a lightweight design, users hardly notice it in their ears. The headset is compatible with multiple phone brands, including Avaya, and provides a good range even inside the office. However, the 1-touch answer does not work without purchasing an additional part. Some users have found the earpiece to be stiff and uncomfortable, and the controls on the earpiece difficult to manipulate.
