- Tris is widely used as a component of buffer solutions, such as in TAE and TBE buffer, especially for solutions of nucleic acids. These solutions were aseptically filtered through a 0.22 micron filter into clean, pre-sterilized containers. These products ares for research use only and are not intended for therapeutic or diagnostic applications.
- Tris-HCl buffer has many applications in molecular biology work, including use in nucleic acid purification. This product can be diluted to obtain the desired concentration. - Complete Certificate of Analysis available for each production lot, along with full formulation information - Produced under the highest industry standards to ensure superior results.
