Rosewill Compact Rectangular Food Dehydrator, Brushed SS Outer housing, 5 layer trays (Entry model)

The Rosewill Compact Rectangular Food Dehydrator has garnered mixed reviews from users, reflecting a range of experiences with this entry-level appliance. Many customers appreciate its functionality and simplicity, noting it as a great introduction to food dehydration. One user expressed satisfaction using the machine for various fruits and vegetables, highlighting how well the dehydrated products store in vacuum-sealed mason jars. Others have found it particularly helpful for creating dog treats and snacking options, praising its ease of use despite some wishing for a wider heat range. Conversely, there are notable downsides. A few users reported difficulties with the machine, citing challenges with its operation, particularly with the digital controls, and even instances of products ceasing to function shortly after purchase. Additionally, while the dehydrator performs well, some find the trays cumbersome to clean, and noise levels from the machine have also been a point of contention for others. In summary, while the Rosewill Compact Dehydrator is praised for its affordability and straightforward design, potential buyers should be aware of the variability in quality and performance, as well as the challenges some users have encountered. **
