It has only one main bolt hole on each of the two stiff arm supports with a smaller hole about 1/2 inch along the support in the longer direction. The basket may not fit a Bianchi Milan and may not extend far enough for a level basket on a 27" bike. The legs are included and have multiple holes. While some reviewers found the basket to be missing components or missing screws to mount it to the bike, other reviewers found it to be secure and well-built. One reviewer suggested reshaping the brackets to fit 31.8 handlebars while others used zip ties to secure it in place.
