The Hotwire Foam Cutter is a useful tool for cutting foam, as it has a nice and stable base and is easy to take apart for storage. However, some customers have encountered issues with the wire not fitting well or the cutter stopping in the middle of a project. One customer wished that the cutter had a hand-held option as it was difficult to cut full size sheets of foam. Another customer struggled with the cutting line being too thin and not making a full connection with the contacts. There were no instructions included in the box, which made operating the cutter more challenging. Overall, when the Hotwire Foam Cutter works well, it performs admirably, but there were several issues reported by customers that need to be addressed by the manufacturer.
