DEWALT Drill Bit Sets DT9679-QZ Editorial Review

The Dewalt DT9679 Chisel and Drill Bit Set, comprising 15 pieces including four SDS Plus flat chisels and a high-performance variant, has garnered a predominantly positive reception from customers. Praised for its robust Construction and variety of tools, this set is noted to deliver exceptional performance, especially when used in conjunction with an SDS drill. Users frequently commend the sharpness and strength of the drill bits, particularly highlighting their effectiveness in penetrating materials like brick and their capacity to remove stubborn floor tiles and adhesive. Many customers celebrate the kit's value for money, emphasizing that the inclusion of a sturdy aluminum case adds practicality to the set, making it easier to organize and access the tools. However, there are mixed feelings regarding the case's quality; while it serves its purpose, some users have reported issues such as foam detachment and overall sturdiness concerns that detract from the product's premium brand image. Despite this, the performative aspects of the drill bits and chisels generally overshadow the criticisms of the case. Overall, the Dewalt DT9679 set is well-regarded for its efficiency and value, solidifying its position as a reliable companion for those relying on SDS tools for heavy-duty tasks. **
