The product has two different size slicing blades, which makes it possible to create thin potato crisp slices. The mandoline slicer comes with a glove to protect fingers while handling the sharp blades. It is easy to use and saves a lot of prepping time. Some customers have reported missing out on an organizer in the box, but the product is efficient and easy to clean. Though, the booklet mentions handwashing only. One common concern is the inability to adjust the width of the mandoline blade which cuts roughly 1/4 inches thin slices. Overall, customers have appreciated the product's good quality and price.
