DESCRIPCIÓN DEL PRODUCTO
Tropica Plant Growth Aquarium Health Soil Substrate, 2.5 Litre
About This Item
Transform your aquarium into a thriving underwater paradise with Tropica Plant Growth Aquarium Health Soil Substrate. This 2.5 litre bag of Japanese natural volcanic granulate material will revolutionize the way your aquatic plants flourish. Aquarium Soil not only enhances the absorption of nutrients by your plants but also reduces the KH and pH values in your aquarium naturally. This creates the perfect environment for plants to thrive and promotes active growth right from the beginning.
You'll be amazed at the vibrant and vivid red plant shades that will grace your aquarium. No need for any additional types of bottom layers or substrates – Tropica Plant Growth Aquarium Health Soil Substrate is a complete package. It acts as an active bottom layer that not only promotes plant growth but also has a slight effect on the water chemistry, lowering the pH value for optimal plant health. To ensure the success of your aquatic plant haven, we recommend changing 25-50 percent of the water at least twice a week during the first 4 weeks after setting up your aquarium. This will help establish the ideal conditions for your plants to flourish. In each box, you'll find 1 x Tropica Plant Growth Aquarium Planted Fish Tank Health Soil Substrate, providing you with everything you need to create a thriving underwater garden. Discover the wonders of Tropica Aquarium Soil and elevate your aquatic gardening game.
Whether you're a seasoned aquarium enthusiast or just starting out, Tropica Plant Growth Aquarium Health Soil Substrate is the perfect choice for incredible plant growth and vibrant aquatic life.

pregunta:

respuesta: Brown colour -
pregunta:
How much substrate would I need for a 25 horizontal fluval edge?
respuesta: The package says 2.5l/83kg for 85l you will have enough left over if your tank is a 25 l tank -
pregunta:

pregunta:

respuesta: For a 250 L tank you need 5 L - for a 500 L tank you need 10 L -
pregunta:
Am I supposed to put gravel on top of this?
respuesta: I cap mine with Limpopo black sand. I’m not sure if gravel, being heavier, would drop through and end up mixed in with the Tropical substrate. Just remember that if you cap it with something lighter in colour, that if you decide to move your plants around your aquarium, there is the potential for the dirt substrate to be pulled to the surface. Also, if you don’t cap it, and if you have catfish or other bottom dwelling fish, they will end up raising little clouds of dirt into the water column ever time the root about. It’s a great substrate but I would recommend capping it with something. -
pregunta:
Can you reseal the bag?
respuesta: No
