Rainbow Dust RDUST-GEL-MINT-GREEN Editorial Review
Rainbow Dust ProGel Professional Food Colouring, Aqua 25g is a highly concentrated gel food coloring that is perfect for achieving vibrant hues in your baking. This product is ideal for coloring sugar paste and icing, ensuring a bright and appealing finish on cupcakes and cakes. Users have praised its ability to maintain flavor integrity, as the color doesn't alter the taste of the batter. While many have achieved fantastic results, one user mentioned that the black color turned out more grey than expected on butter icing, which could be a consideration for some bakers. Nevertheless, its vegan, halal, and kosher certifications make it a versatile choice for various dietary needs.
